Disposable Cameras
The disposable camera is a camera intended for one time use. It is a simple box camera that has a roll of film installed and the film cannot be exchanged for a new one. Lots of newer disposable film camera versions have an integrated flash and in general a disposable camera uses a focus free lens.
The invention of the disposable cameras was in the mid 1980s when Kodak and Fujifilm came together to introduce a cheap easy to use camera for any occasion. In the history of the disposable camera it has mostly been produced with 35mm film and some APS film. Fuji disposable cameras as well as Kodak disposable cameras are still the foremost bought cameras on the market.
Disposable cameras are handed in to the company or to a processing lab when the film cartridge is full and then the pictures are developed just as any other camera pictures on the market.
The full line of disposable cameras includes underwater disposable cameras, disposable wedding cameras and even disposable Polaroid cameras. Disposable underwater cameras usually are much less likely to have water entering the casing and ruining pictures taken under water because the film is completely encased. While regular underwater cameras need to be accessible for changing of film and batteries and these openings make the cameras susceptible to water entering the housing the seamless box of an underwater disposable makes it almost impenetrable for water.
Disposable cameras for wedding are a big thing if you do not want to pay a professional photographer big bucks and still get lots of shots from your party. Just place cheap disposables on the wedding guest tables and let your guests go crazy. Some disposable cameras for weddings even include cute frame options for the developed pictures that say things like Forever in love or our wedding day. Cheap disposable wedding cameras can sometimes be bought in greater amounts thus reducing the price.
Cheap regular disposable cameras are often available as discount disposable cameras produced by no name companies and even wholesale disposable cameras are an existing option.
Since the emerging of digital cameras on the market even disposable digital cameras are available now. As a recent innovation digital disposable cameras are usually not taking high quality pictures and the only thing they really have in common with the original film disposable camera is that after taking the pictures the camera gets returned to the manufacturer or a lab for development of the pictures.
